Same-sex couples that want to continue with their sinful lifestyle are all for Fiducia Supplicans (FS), but same-sex attracted Catholics are against it. They choose to reject homosexuality and live chaste lives. In fact, they have strongly rebuked Pope Francis on this, expressing their sense of betrayal and outrage.
In their open letter Veritas Supplicans (Begging for Truth), these faithful Catholics demonstrate to the Pope that his view is grounded in popular worldly thought (indeed he is a Modernist) and not timeless truths known to the Church for centuries. They look on FS as a monument to moral relativism as well as a grave offense to logic and reason. They say it is more pastorally correct to solve the problem by practicing Truth with Charity rather than with lying sentimentalism. They deplore FS as a friendly, pitying, and degrading pat on the back, rather than a call to higher things, as aspiring to Heaven.
These same-sex attracted Catholics certainly make more sense than the Pope.
