Where is Pope Francis leading our Church? He is remaking it into a synodal papacy, different from that established by Christ. He is remaking the Church into a global ecumenical church without doctrine or discipline. Being a synodal church, it will no longer be subject to authority or possess the unity of faith, worship and government which are essential marks of the Catholic Church. In one word, the Pope is “protestantizing" our Church.
