Pope Francis says that all religions are a path to God. I had said that this was religious indifferentism, and worse, is heresy (belief contrary to orthodox religious belief). But even worse, Abp Vigano says this is apostasy (renunciation or abandonment of Christian belief). As such, his being an authentic Christian is put into doubt.


Saying all religions are a path to God in the presence of people of other faiths is in effect to tell them that it is not necessary to look to Jesus as the only Savior. As such, people sticking to their respective faiths are led not to God but to perdition.
