THE WORLD AT AN END #243 -- Pope Francis: there is faith in humor

Now here is the Pope Francis that I like. I have always said that he is a good man, who has a great love for the poor. I have had the privilege of meeting him face-to-face a number of times at the Vatican. He always came across as accommodating and caring.

Indeed there is faith in humor, and humor in faith. I love puns and clean faith memes. But I am terrible at telling jokes. We take religion and spirituality seriously, but should not take ourselves too seriously, not overly stressing our importance. It is not about us, it is always about Jesus.
