THE WORLD AT AN END #288 -- The rot in the Vatican's Secretariat of State

Through the years, after 20 years of scandals, the Vatican, in this case the Secretariat of State, seemingly has learned nothing. Sex offenders are still coddled and receive sympathetic treatment from higher-ups. Through the years, the rot has become deeply ingrained.
