The American Church continues to be challenged, especially in the area of sexual morality.
Many American clerics, including bishops, are gay, and in this day and age, becoming more open about it. They accept homosexuality, and are striving to have it accepted in the whole Church as well.
The US Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) has partnered with the Association of US Catholic Priests (AUSCP), a heretical but the biggest association of Catholic priests. The AUSCP has views in contradiction with traditional and orthodox Catholic teaching, and are quite vocal about these. At its annual assembly this year, AUSCP priests spoke about masturbation as a form of prayer. How disgusting!
I am going to vomit thinking about a priest playing with his manhood before using the same hands to consecrate the host. Diabolical!
The USCCB is asking the AUSCP for its inputs in shaping national Catholic policy for lay formation. No, you perverts are not going to form us laity in the faith. You are heterodox and no longer Catholic, not even Christian.
